Located in the Cambrian Rise neighborhood of Burlington, Vermont, Liberty House is a newly renovated historic structure that balances preservation with modern performance. The project features Sierra Pacific premium Single Hung windows used throughout, carefully selected to maintain the building’s traditional character while upgrading comfort and efficiency. Finished with a White Ultra Coat interior, the windows provide a clean, refined look that complements the building’s restored interiors. Designed by Duncan·Wisniewski Architecture and developed by Eric Farrell, the renovation honors the legacy of the original structure while ensuring long-term durability. Photographed by Carolyn Bates, Liberty House stands as a respectful and enduring example of adaptive reuse.
