Located on Pier 54 along Seattle’s waterfront, Ivar’s flagship restaurant underwent a comprehensive down-to-the-studs remodel to elevate both guest experience and connection to Elliott Bay. The renovation expanded indoor dining areas, introduced a generous outdoor patio, and upgraded the kitchen to support high-volume service. A curated mix of Sierra Pacific bi-fold doors, picture windows, and specialty window systems creates expansive openings that frame sweeping waterfront views and flood the interior with natural light.
