Perched along the French Broad River in the rolling hills of Marshall, North Carolina, the French Residence blends clean modern lines with the warmth of mountain architecture. Expansive Sierra Pacific window and door systems are thoughtfully integrated throughout the home, allowing natural light to flood the interiors while framing sweeping river and landscape views. Monument sliders, Aspen casement and awning windows, sliding and swinging doors, and a bold bifold outswing door create seamless transitions between indoor spaces and the outdoors. Designed by Ben Settle of Arcisan Design and built by Tyner Construction, the residence is captured by Ryan Theede Photography, highlighting its balance of contemporary design and natural surroundings.
